Once your charging station is installed and operational, EV Customers can discover it through Google Maps and EV charging app (Android / Apple). They can visit your station, make payments digitally and charge their vehicle by themselves. You can track charging activity and daily revenue through the charging management platform/app.

EV charging stations generally do not require a separate business license. However, you need to obtain the necessary electrical permissions from the respective regional DISCOM (Electricity Distribution Company). For more details, feel free to talk to our experts.

The basic requirements include:

  • Suitable space for charger installation and vehicle parking.
  • Adequate electricity supply as per the charger's power requirement.
  • Proper cable connection from the meter/electrical panel to the charger installation location.

From the initial inquiry to a fully operational charging station, the maximum lead time is generally around 30 days, depending on site conditions, electrical availability and other installation requirements.

Yes. EV charging infrastructure can be financed through bank loans and other financing options, subject to eligibility. This can help reduce the upfront investment required to establish your charging station.

AC chargers for EVs are mainly suitable for overnight and longer-duration charging, making them ideal for homes, residential societies, hotels, workplaces and other locations where vehicles remain parked for several hours. Whereas DC fast chargers for EVs are designed for quick charging, making them suitable for highways, commercial locations, fleets and high-traffic charging stations. Our EV chargers usually come with a 2-year warranty. Physical damage to the charger is not covered under the warranty. There are no additional maintenance charges during the warranty period. After the warranty period, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) options are also available.

Yes. Our EV chargers support both RFID and prepaid payment options. For prepaid charging, customers can make payments through Vraj Electrons mobile app (Android / Apple), IONAGE and UPI apps, providing convenient and flexible payment options.
